Večeras ("we", "our app") is a free mobile app that displays cinema schedules, music events, and cultural happenings in Banja Luka. Your privacy matters to us, and this page explains how we handle your data.
The app does not require registration, login, or the creation of a user account.
The only personal data we may collect is your email address, and only if you voluntarily enter it in the contact/feedback form. The email address is optional — you can send a message without it. If you do provide it, we use it solely to reply to your message.
Data submitted via the contact form (your message and, optionally, your email address) is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection and stored on our server. It is not shared with third parties. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email address listed in section 8.

The app connects to our server to download publicly available data: cinema schedules, music event information, and similar cultural content. Additionally, if you use the contact form, your message (and optional email address) is sent to our server. All communication is encrypted via the HTTPS protocol.
The app uses Sentry to automatically collect crash and error reports. This data helps us identify and fix problems.

We use this data only for analytics and product improvement. We do not use it for advertising, nor do we sell or share it with ad networks. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location through analytics.
PostHog may process data in accordance with its own privacy policy and is hosted in the EU.
The app uses the following third-party services:
Movie and event images are loaded from Cloudinary (a cloud image storage service). Cloudinary may collect standard HTTP request data (IP address, browser type) in accordance with its own privacy policy.
The app is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this privacy policy in the future. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
